I started working out in Denmark when I was 8 years old under my dads supervision. When
I turned 14 I began working out 6 to 7 days a week, i began to study more and more about training
and nutrition.
I have been working out, eating right and have gained more and more experince throughout the years
and i will be continuing to do so.
I studied biology for 3 years on the high level in high school, which i learned a lot
from. I have gained lots of experience via traveling all over the world, working and training with so
many different people and athletes. I use all of the knowledge i have gained through out the years
in my workout and in my diet, and I can assure you that it works ; -)
I Am certified by the IFBB as an Advanced Bodybuilding and Fitness Trainer Specialist.
My experiences:
I have tried many different sports, but the ones which i like the most and still continue to do is
bodybuilding. I have entered strong man -, pro wrestling - and fitness competitions. I have done
model work for several big publications, including for Weider Publications and i have done some acting
and commercial works as well.
Why do i love Bodybuilding/Fitness?
It's just such a great sport where it's not only about being in shape and looking good, but you
learn so much, that you can use in everything else in your life. An important thing you should learn
to master, is visualizing yourself in a situation that you really want to be in. If you can't see yourself
in a situation, then you can't achieve it.
You have to believe. Remember "Mind over matter.". Another element you learn from it is
discipline. When you combine a strong will power and the ability to visualize yourself in a situation,
then you will only be able to achieve it. It is only one self who creates his own boundaries, "Where there's
a will there's a way."
What are my future bodybuilding plans?
My future plans are to become even better. The ability to improve oneself and keep getting better
is what motivates me and keeps me striving forward.
My biggest goal is make a difference by helping people achieve they dreams, by showing a healthy
and positive example, guiding them towards a healthier lifstyle and being the best i can be.
Smaller goals are to become a better bodybuilder, appear on the cover of more magazines and to get into more acting and
entertainment work.
I am now living in Denmark again, trying to get my visa for the US and doing more work here.
Klaus is currently seeking sponsorships for 2010 and/or support in any way that can
help him attain a green card/visa to become successful in the US.

Extra info:
I am a very ambitious and creative young man with big dreams. I live by the motto; “Where there is a will, There is a way” because I am sure that everything is possible if you try hard enough. Ones dreams and goals can become true if one truly has enough desire to want something bad enough.
I am very aware and focused on what I want to achieve, and I think that is an important ability to have, but at the same time I also think that one shall still remember to have fun and enjoy life. I’m a natural athlete that strives to be the best in everything I do.
Goals/Future Plans:
Overall goal, become an even bigger spokes model for health and fitness. Get a green card and become successful in fitness modeling, bodybuilding and acting in America.
